"Adam and his crew do awesome remodels. Adam first sits down with the client to go over all of the remodel details. Then drafts a plan accordingly including prices. When the remodel begins he provides a timeline which he sticks to. When the remodel is being done by his crew, he shows up on site daily to monitor the progress and accuracy of the project. "In my experience with contractors and remodeling, you have to make some choices; you can have it done quickly or done well, you can have it done frugally or you can have quality, and almost always you have to push and negotiate to get anywhere near what you want. We met with several contractors, one who laughed at what we wanted to do, another who quoted us a price so high that it was clear he wasn't interested in actually doing the work. Mo and Adam came over, listened to my wants for the kitchen, and found a way to do everything at a price that made sense to me. So I expected this to take months--it was a kitchen remodel and entirely new floor throughout the house after all. We started work at the beginning of November, Mo and Adam and Selvin made sure I had a kitchen I could cook thanksgiving dinner in--something I didn't ask for, they were just being thoughtful. The rest of the odds and ends were completed by the first week of December. I don't know how many times I told them I couldn't believe how quickly they were getting all of this done. At the end of the day the most important part to me was the I felt safe with these men. They were sweet to my kids (my one year old took a liking to Selvin and he had to hold him any time my son saw him). "I called 3+ contractors to remove a load bearing wall between the living room and kitchen. I also wanted all new flooring throughout the house and the kitchen completely remodeled. The beam that was needed to remove the wall was 30' long. I also needed built ins in the living room and my fireplace resurfaced. I called Safeway Construction and talked to Adam and Mo. They came over and gave me the most affordable quote. They also demonstrated the knowledge and professionalism needed to gain my trust for completing such a large project. It has been about 9 months now, and I love our house. They did an amazing job and were easy to work with. They finished our project within their time frame given. Even though they had to pause for a major plumbing issue, which involved needing all new sewer and water pipes. This is an example of a beautiful kitchen remodel we completed for a client in Ventura County. Work completed includes the demolition of a 30-foot load bearing wall and installation of support columbs (up to code) to make their home an open floor plan. The kitchen build out included the installation of white shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, mosaic tile backsplash with custom under-cabinet lighting, the build-out of a brand new island, installation of a hanging hood, all lighting work, installation of all appliances, and flooring work to install beautiful 24 x 48 inch tile.

We also can custom build your cabinets to truly fit your vision for your space as seen in this kitchen we completed for a client in Thousand Oaks, CA. Although this kitchen was part of a larger full-home remodel that transformed the entire home, this kitchen was truly the highlight of the project. The client’s vision for their kitchen called for elegance and beauty within simplicity. We were able to deliver by building out a modern kitchen that includes not only custom cabinets, but custom fittings for their appliances as well as a solid white quartz backsplash behind the stove and sink.
Traditional and modern design elements meshed to make this kitchen remodel come to life. This client’s vision called for the installation of antique style cabinets that blended with the overall look of their home, while also making a bold statement and standing out with a beautiful quartz countertop that waterfalls over the peninsula. This remodel truly set the kitchen as the centerpiece of the entire home and there was no detail left unattended to, which included the glass cabinets and crown molding that connect the upper cabinets to the ceiling, giving the kitchen a grand look.
This kitchen remodel called for two different colors cabinets where we installed light grey shaker cabinets for the main kitchen and built out a bar area in dark grey shaker cabinets. This was topped off by the installation of a beautiful quartz countertop accented by a mosaic tile backsplash. The work also incuded the installation of a drop-down hood, lighting, and the installation of all appliances.
